Shawn Reiser has been dressing women professionally since March, 2003 when she started her career with Doncaster in Winchester, Virginia.

She was the #4 rookie in the country with Doncaster in her first year.

After losing her husband in 2007, and a lot of lifestyle reorganization, Shawn moved to Fair Haven, New Jersey in May, 2010, to pursue a career with Acres Land Title Agency.

Shawn opened her second Doncaster Studio in Fair Haven and now enjoys working with three talented stylists serving the Monmouth county and surrounding area. She continues to see Winchester clients several times a year at Chris Scully's Doncaster Studio.

Shawn's background is in business to business sales. She has over twenty years experience in sales, advertising, marketing & public relations. She has always had a passion for fashion and helping women unlock the beauty and power they uniquely possess.

Shawn has served in many leadership roles in civic and non-profit organizations in Virginia and North Carolina. Shawn's children are the center of her world. She has a son in Virginia and a daughter and son-in-law in Switzerland.



Shawn Karras
was born and raised in Bergen County, lived in Hoboken for 5 years and recently married and moved from Hoboken to Fair Haven.

Shawn brings 10 years of experience from the fashion and fragrance industry where she worked in Marketing, Product Development and Sales for one of the largest fragrance companies in the industry.

After 10 years of success in the dynamic fragrance industry, Shawn decided to leave her job in NYC to allow her to have more time with her family, and is now a wardrobe stylist with Doncaster!



Barbara  Parr (picture coming soon) is a native of Monmouth County, Barbara has lived in Rumson sine l983.  She began her Consultant relationship with Doncaster in l992 after being a very satisfied customer for some years.
 
In l993 she retired from the Central Jersey Blood Center after serving for 13 years as Director of Volunteer Services.  She had also been active for years as a volunteer for various community agencies, The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, The Volunteer Center of Monmouth County, the Count Basie Theatre board, CPC etc.
 
Barbara has one son,  Robert a paramedic, and lives with her husband of 43 years, Charles an hotel executive.


Erin Hughes
is a native of Atlantic Highlands.
Erin brings a fresh, young perspective and solid professional training and experience to our studio.

She is a professional wardrobe stylist and costume designer who has worked in the design studio at The Row and Ports 1961.

Erin
has styled for editorial photo shoots, and been the costume designer for several films and T.V. shows.
